Likes

Very Poor Management, and HR team specially. Lack of Sales tools as well as Not Advance tools to give customer service instantly. No Promotion of the Company. No tour and traveling or RNR programs. Managers and colleagues are supportive but they cant go against the system. You have to depend someone for any work. Claims issues happends every day.

Dislikes

Service and claim settlement issues. No advertising of company.
