Unethical environment where the top management is protected even if some of them are outright are evil. Poor compensation structure. No benefits/perks at all. Very small workspace. People do not have space to sit. And even then work from home is not an option

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
