I feel good working here and I can assure no hospital has such a good environment and facilities for nurses to work

It is good to be exposed in an advanced hosp like Manipal were we are pointed out for our excellence.thought we are moulded perfectly the income for the work is not satisfactory and work load is in peak level .

The salary.

That is a very gud journey in manipal.with lots of awards and joys expecially educating staffs is an excellent idea.

Best hospital I seen in my life, best and highly responsible H R department.salary on time . Considering the employee values.better communication. Respecting the employees each other, specially in HR department

Shortage of nursing man power.. it's lead to more workload ... Try to increase the salary.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
