Manhattan is an awesome place to start with your career. If you are ready to pitch in few extra hours and go beyond your fixed routine, it will ensure you learn and grow. One side in R&D you have latest technology and tools from AWS to what not and in services you have leading brands to serve will slot of on sight opportunities to learn from.

Dislikes

Food is bad. At times it can be hectic work life too.

Work Details

Recent work was very exciting as we moved giant application to component driven cloud applications with latest features like auto scaling zero downtime etc

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
