I believe that this size of company,professional approach is not that good.Unsystematic and random promotions and delay by intermediate top level staff are with cobventional culture .Relative high resistance to successful r n d projects in implementing on shopfloor.

Work Details

Cost reduction by novek shopfloor ideas is my forte.I have successfuly recycled waste with value addition for mixing it with original scrap to lower raw material cost.Increased plant utilisation in melting section by innovation and automation.
