No proper job allocation or profile is given from start later will expect u should be helping every1 in the dept taking majority of wrk despite knowing or unknowing whether the person is having a wrk load

Never enjoyed the work...A wrk plc shuld b such where we enjoy wrking den been hw much ever wrk is..wrking environment is nt much happening as the new is overloaded while the other in the dept is all free to do tp..here the head of dept & mgmt fail.
