Pros 1. For freshers and to start with, you can consider for 6-8 months. Do not plan for longer tenure. 2. If the job is in high demand during the time of your interview, that is if the management feels that the position is to be filled up immediately and required for their business expansion (though actually there might be no requirement of such position at all, but oh! the management thinks it is required!), be sure that you can negotiate best and can get a good jump! 3. Hire & Fire Culture. So, in case the management fires you, be happy! They will request you humbly with "Sir (Mr. MJ) Neh Bola Hai Jaane Ko" and will give you one month extra salary too if you are a female employee! (Please note this offer is not valid for Male employees) And you won't have to serve notice period. Wow! 4. Damn, at sharp 5:30 you will get cheap food for snacks that to free of cost. 5. Since there is no corporate culture, hence you can get involved into many things and can learn faster. Cons 1. No corporate management. CFO maniyar sir ki jay ho ! They dream big but act like beggars when it is time to invest for strategic orientation 2. There is no value of commitment from Management (Actually there is no management, its one man show). 3. You will find bureaucracy for no reason from some old employees. Be sure, they are relatives or familiar to Mangal Credit's Top management. A nd do not argue with them ( you should never argue with stupid people though..). 4. Every bimonthly there is a change in HR policy including office timings, leaves, travel policies, etc. And above all, there is a rule of Management's decision. So do not panic, just get used to it :) 5. Be sure, you will never get salary on time. 6. Be sure, you might not get your variable pay. 7. Be sure, you will not get any allowance etc. 8. No firm increment plans but 110% chances for good amount of salary deduction. 9. Be sure, employee safety will not be maintained at any cost (gone through COVID time). 10. Always hiring. 11.
