Likes

Training, learning, work environment, good teamwork, food,Salary increments, travelling etc are excellent for employees.

Dislikes

In department based production team little hardwork, late pramotion and leave sanction too late.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
