Mando have there own company policies too ...working culture is good as many people comes form all over part of India....so it's good atmosphere to work with different kind of people...Management is also good to work... They encourage all state festivals....There induction trainings are good...

Dislikes

Mostly I don't dislike about Mando.. There is no OT or Com Off for extra work....

Work Details

I started my work in Mando at 2007 in Assembly Production...I had a good experience there with my colleagues and then later I promoted as Cell coordinator (Junior Engineer) and continued then later I changed to part management ...Handling all Materials.
