Only best thing about this organization is its location and timings.

Dislikes

No compensation is provided most of the times, appraisal is given 1 year later than the scheduled period. A perfect place for boot lickers as nepotism is at the best at this place. Salary structure is pathetic and always late and now the gratuity is also not given. Its not only teaching , but i have to look after some other tasks as assigned by seniors like Time Table, ERP, Coordinator of different subjects. In addition to this, i too continuously keep on adding at least a line in my resume in every 4-6 months.
