work culture is very bad, told responsibility is more. Salary is veei less. Management is not supported

Dislikes

Lots of politics, management doesn't adrees our issues. There is no security of your life, more travelling & no time for rest. Work load is more. In emergency situation company will hands up.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I hot a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Ownership and responsibility of work gives a lot of confidence in the minds of employee, Manav makes you responsible and owner of each and every job

Dislikes

Work life balance is not possible in this company. In earlier days, quality was the prime moto of the company but now it is quantity/money over quality. Over burdening the employee will not lead to his/her greater efficiency but lower their work and personal life efficiency.

I was a business development manager leading a team of 7 members. I also used to contribute in cost estimation, business strategies, project management for several projects.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
