Culture, Not working in team, no support from senior, working environment is not good, no learning and growth. Overall it is not good for fresher but it is good for the person who want only job security with good amount of salary.

HR policies are the worst. Doesnt care about the employees. During Covid pandemic also worked with 100 percent capacity and gave unnecessary salary cuts even after company recording record profits.

The organization helps maintain a proper work life balance. The Senior Management is Friendly and Approachable.

Clarity on job responsibilities is absent leading to duplication of effort. The functional processes are not streamlined. Proper mentoring and growth opportunities if provided will work wonders.
