The said company adopting new technology in Gold Loan like online Gold Loan & but don't have simple plan. MAFIL has maintain high quality of FPC & have well established under Gold Loan.

Dislikes

Wrong Transfer policy, some time need to work beyond stipulated time & no support from higher authority when critical situation arises at Branch level. RM don't value of Individuals who work there and company had forced to cross selling like insurance, DMT Personal Loan & Commercial Vehicle Loan.
