They credit the salary on every month 1st date, Entry level person (in branch) more comfortable, no work pressure, yearly a good incentive get around 35k

Overtime work in branch, sometimes need to open in sundays, so much cutting in abh, bh level, after the cutting amount not be credited, other state Area head behavior is so bad, theres insurance campaign in every month, so every person compulsory to take one policy in every month, compare to other company manappuram salary package is very below
