Decision making is quick as MD is the only decision maker.

Culture, Training, Lack of capability of home grown leaders and employees to understand the dyamics of ever changing world . They still live in 1960s and slavery seems to be d way there. Top down approach as MD is the only decision maker whose behaviour is like an LP school head master. Horrible place to work. You will feel like u rtrapped in a jail once u get there. Even to go out for 5 min , you need something known as a movement slip which is approved. U need to punch in and out of work, and any deviations in this may lead to hefty fines ang LOPs. Lack of respect is the face of the company and they feel money is everything. Training department is a comedy and will tailor its requirement to the need of management, they are not able to drive change with in the org....Read More
