One thing that i liked about manappuram finance limited is that the company pays salary in time to the employees.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor,even after achiving the target higher authorities do not appriciates.Especially managers are getting incentives directly to their salary account but staffs are not getting incentives to their account. And after knowing this thing not a single higher authority speaks about this thing,where work is divided between employees but not the incentives.
