HQ culture & expertise are the only to learn in this company.

Dislikes

The culture is fully ruined.. It is become a Marwadi company with the new MD.. people are sacked if they refuse to travel in the covid times. There is multifold salary gap in the MD's family members & other employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
