There is Good Work Environment.There is No politics between Staff and Management.Our Seniour are Supportive and Take Care of us Even Personally.Working Hours are also Flexible

My Profile is Cluster Coordinater in This Organization. I have Learnt Many Interesting Thing and Met Many Government officials Regarding Relevant work and doing like that I am Happy .I worked at Health of Child and Mother.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
