Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? 1) No Job Security we don't know when can they layoff employees. 2) There is no work life balance. Even on sundays we need to work. Initially they will agree leaves but they will not allow to take leaves also. full month you need to work. 3)

As it's a real estate company there's all about the land,houses, apartments,villas etc. And with the civil background for a fresher this is the best platform to gain the experience about the market and also sales.

Dislikes

Salary is decent and also the growth is slow. No employee benefits, and week off's.

The job is not much interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but slowly got used to be with the environment.
