It is the big company engaged to manufacture the Alcohal ,DDGS & Power export in punjab. The company is the unit of Oasis group of compnies &hotels having large bussiness in Punjab,Haryana Delhi & M P.

Not such problem. Miner politics is everywhere.Honest persons sometime punished having no fault by the superiors. Perhaps it is the part of jobin the private sector.

Work Details

Am looking after the whole mechanical maintenance of this 100 KL plant having grain milling, liquification, fermentation, distillation, DM plant, High pressure boiler, cooling towers, bottling section etc. Also looking after the new/ modification works .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
