You don't have future if you join this company, you have future if you are south Indian only, also don't have any support in covid 19 situation, hold the incentive ( Jan to March ), hold the yearly bonus, hold the yearly increment, deduct 55% part of the salary.

Dislikes

Don't have corporate culture there, all the authorities in the directory hand of your showroom and they are not capable for handling the showroom, growth or increment only for the south Indian staff, duty hours 13-14 hours every day, no personal life, not good for the female staff.
