I work in field engineer in calicut location. 2 year experiene in hardware & networking.

Company is decent,but working salary is not be impressed

I work in field engineer post.in calocut location.it is a amc based company so do maintain sbi branches of hardware and networking.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
