Not a nice company to work with. Very poor pay and biased environment not a good culture to work in too much internal politics and they do not give increment for continuous 2 to 3 years also not a great scope for improving skills.

Work Details

No it was very boring only one task alloted to one employee be it account ts or logistics so there is no scope of improving ones skill or learning new things

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
