Its a nice place to work with but their english proficiency is very poor so couldn't communicate well with them. If we know arabic and male its the best place to work. Independent female professional to live the work and the city is not much developed.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. It is one of emerging universities in Saudi Arabia. In the last three years, they were working on getting institutional accreditation, and they earned last year. The seniors in the university are ambitious and try to find the best ways to promote the university and surrounded community.
