Depends upon the team you are working with, overall experience was good, not excellent. No job security, every six month they are firing people since acquisition happened. Company policies are changing day by day.

Appraisal policy, no appraisals since last two years, also when people question about this in townhall meetings, their queries are ignored.

Team-mates are good and supportive. At times they go beyond the expectations in supporting and helping. In my case it was the same when I had a family emergency.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow, one has to ask for it and still won't be sure if he/she will get it. The work pressure is unnecessarily created and is very high. One has to work 15-18 hours straight in a day. new folks that have been interviewed and joined take time to understand the system, thus senior folks have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.
