If you are good learner you have full freedom to go learn on your own interest. There they using CATIA/NX/Solidworks/AutoCAD you can learn all these software after you office time by you own. You can learn process/Methods/fixture designing and NC programming by getting hlp from ur colleague. Max you can work for 1.5yrs if you have interest to learn and develop you.

Dislikes

No proper management. No Job security. You won't get any promotion by your hard work or dedication, if u want promotion all you have to do is for everything you have to tell ok to your manager. You have to work without seeing the time.

Working at madni English Medium School is a great experience got to learn many new skills teaching aids , communication skill lesson plaining skill .. ever time they give chance to update the knowledge by organising teachers workshop this is the best part wt I like abt madni school
