Poor cross border culture Average salary Lack of technology. Everything requires to be done manually with no technology at all. The company is behind by almost 25+years in terms of their reporting tools. Lack of clarity amongst top leadership requires too much of do and re-do for trial and errors leading to waste of time and efforts. Poor work quality with no new learning’s at all.
