1)Nice campus to be working on. Lush green and nothing like the usual factory. Coming in, you won't believe it is a production facility. 2)Great accessibility to the top management.

1)Appraisal - Company will come up with new and bizarre reasons for low appraisals every year. And will try to cut a deal by offering promotion next year asking you to work harder without giving you anything. 2) Work-life balance- Slogging extra hours is driven by the management itself , where you don't get paid a penny for working round the year overtime. But , be late for an hour in joining and the HR would send a mail. 3)Fairly common to attend calls and issues even on Sundays. 4)Canteen Food is worst where your taste buds give up as soon as you get the smell. Multiple meetings with HR and the situation is as it was. 5)You will be asked to work extra hours and the company will switch off AC when you do so, so cheap! And ask for a vehicle to drop you home at night, the admin will crib. 6)Anything happens - maybe record sales, a festival - the best HR does is bring a cake and samosas. HR is pathetic....Read More
