Working via Dealership is just like Old movies Lala company.. No Promotion after 1.5 year No Extra leave except sunday No Festival leave except Holi/Deewali/ Rakshabandhan My salary cut even Eid holiday/ Eid ul adha day No worry about your Casualty etc etc. Dealership will cut your salary if you leave
