It's really grate thing to do work with MNC company like Mahindra..It gives a well knowledge about manufacturing industry's and their all departments..We study in detail even small small things too regarding production quality logistic psrchase vendor customer . everything and major one is safety..

About their policy regarding their DETs placement..If onces DETs workings period is completed.. Management or HR don't giving any aportunity to getting their job secure or recruiting any other organization by internal contact.
