Very unprofessional senior management. Those close to the CEO get promoted. Feedback on toxic leaders are not taken seriously if they are close to the CEO. Diversity is just for numbers and to show off no honest commitment on action when issues arise. Promotions and hikes given on favouritism. Toxic work environment and even toxic leaders.
