Managers and management do not tack your work performance, They do not give appraisal and promotion to the deserving candidates. Licking culture is appreciating here, They have fired almost all employees who had used to work here in lockdown as well as almost had get best performer award in the whole cluster. The company works on the moto if you will work honestly and hard no place for you in the company.
