Increment cycle not as per the industries standard. Performance calibrations need to improve. Rating dose not play role in increment percentage. Promotions dose not play role in hike of salaries. Employee engagement is not that good, far away from industry trend. it is limited to audience, employees on remote locations not getting noticed for their performance.

Dislikes

Mahindra Logistics some of the people management is very poor for which most of the employes left the job. Attitude to the position and force the employees to leave the job. No response from seniors once employees leave the job, At the time of exit interview HR talk very politely but after some month if there is rehiring chance HR literally ignore the call. If an employee had spent more than 5 yrs, He need to get chance for rejoining don't look after diversity etc....Read More
