Providing regular heath checkups and mediclaim policies which costing bear to management.

Dislikes

Finantial Growth matters! An employee who is on roll but works in operations on floor had a turtle like growth👎,he will just able to fullfill his basic needs with the salary. Management applying new policies to new employees rest employees remains same for years and years

Company policy is very good but work station Senior person not properly support & giddiness

Mahindra logistics management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
