One of the biggest fraud logistics company. Dont know How MLL acquired share for this company without know how much loss this company is suffering. from last 2 years company running on loss but still their head dont know how to run the business they hired all senior postion person without their capabilities and any idea about business or how to run the compnay. few guys are getting 25-30 lakhs but dont know how to write a mail. All head position guys are fraud here they will care about work once they are having review with MLL or any board meeting otherwise they will not care anything. All new joinee or employees are compulsory to come office daily any do 9-10 hrs of in and out time duration but all senior guys will do work from home. no sop and process they will follow anydays they will tell you to leave the company without giving any proper clarification. In my tenure of 02 years all 12 people are left the organization except one who is also in searching of job,there was no one to support in their respective department even HR ,there wasn't no team work among the people in the organization

Timely salary Respect and support from senior management.

Not supported in case of 3PL site problems. Poor HR support due to third party engagement. Salary not as per work profile this as per CTC. HR plays with me and taken benefit of unemployed condition, offered lower ctc and responsibility offered higher side.

JWorking at this company has been an absolute nightmare. The office culture is toxic, and it feels more like a battleground than a workplace. 1. Pathetic Politics: The workplace is rife with favoritism and office politics. Promotions and growth opportunities seem to be based more on who you know than what you can do. Those who engage in gossip and backstabbing are the ones that get ahead, while hard workers are left behind with no recognition. 2. Hindu-Muslim Conflict: Unfortunately, this company has allowed religious divisions to seep into the workplace, creating a highly uncomfortable environment for employees. There's a lot of tension between different groups, which not only affects productivity but also creates a deeply hostile atmosphere. 3. No Work-Life Balance:Expect to work long hours with little to no regard for personal time. Work-life balance is nonexistent, and even when you try to maintain boundaries, senior management expects you to prioritize work above everything else. Weekends? Forget about them. 4. Senior Pressure: The pressure from senior leadership is unbearable. They're constantly breathing down your neck, demanding results without providing proper support or guidance. If you're unable to meet unrealistic expectations, you’re left facing blame and harsh criticism. 5. No Dignity:There’s a lack of respect for employees at all levels. Pathetic company.. They do everything for TRP.

They can ask you anytime to resign without any reason, even if you get good rating from your manager in appraisal. As they got loss in one business they ask so many employees to resign without citing any reason and without thinking how they run their families. No values for employees.

Increment cycle not as per the industries standard. Performance calibrations need to improve. Rating dose not play role in increment percentage. Promotions dose not play role in hike of salaries. Employee engagement is not that good, far away from industry trend. it is limited to audience, employees on remote locations not getting noticed for their performance.
