Learning is good you get exposure to all the tools , software used in automotive industry and can visit different locations where you can see from battery pack manufacturing to whole car manufacturing.

Work life balance was terrible and you will get calls even on the weekend and even after doing all that you won't gat a rewards and recognition because there are already senior whom they want to keep happy and whatever be the cause they will only get the rewards. No proper chain of commands, Upper Management don't care about the employees all they need is work done with unrealistic timelines.
