Job is completely depends on client, it's a contract base, there is no securityof job, if client contract ends or not renewed you are done. It is just payroll, all policies are depends on client. Ex: timing, salary and work days.

MIBS is resources provider, they hired for clients requirements and it is not permanent, only contract.
