Likes

Higher designation officials are NOT at all talented and experienced. They're just old and listening to the joker's Who doesn't work, but talk and escape mentality employees. Even in this company one can experience and learn Favouritism, corruption, Unethical way of work. I've given 1 star rating as just to submit.

Supervising and track viewing by Higher level superiors.... Just talking decisions by oral word's.....

There is lot of things to explain and I did this before but no response from anyone, management is very poor and they will torture like anything specially in this situation, no work culture at Hyderabad branch and there is no corporate culture ,

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
