The management works as if there is no value for the employees. Salary is cut without informing and Incentive is deducted even if the sale was 12 months old

Work timings as you can start your day by 11:00 am, even though it would be holiday still you work on public holidays also, late hrs also we are working but remunaration as far as the basic saleey is concern is not sufficient to match up to basic living standards of Dubai, a office boy is getting equal salary equal to a sales person and to manager level post also there is marginal difference for travel and phone bills also you end up spending close to AED 1000/- it will be compensated required you do basic sales targets so ultimately if you dont achieve targets all travell expences are from your pockets no one will consider your hard work even you hav done some business unless untill minimum bench mark is not done it will be all charrity to the company,...Read More

Weather you are 5 year experience or a new fresher, management will pay same salary as a new person they say that you dont hav any past Dubai experience and when it comes to salary apprisal and all even you comes under Top performance graph it will not be sufficient hardly you will geta AED 100/- to 150/- hike ya you hav nore read it wrong its “hundred to one hundred and fifty AED only”, no mistakes in adding zeros,please thing more than 10times to join as here ypur salery would be lower enough that you cant sponser any dependent visa of your spouse or parests or it will not be enoigh to get you a credit card from any bank.......Read More
