13 hour job and more above and you will have to do 8-10 days without leave work sometime that's toxic work and if you wanna for leave they won't you take holiday or leave you will have to work on fastival they'll provide 3 times meal but that's food quality is very bad if you can work that type of company so it's ok welcome to hell because you don't deserve work life balance every day you'll get mental troma...Read More

Rapid development of lots of skills. Will really benefit over long term in personal and professional life. For a 21 yo graduate aspiring to go for an MBA program in marketing can do it in this job working for around 3 years. Very hard work required. Will provide edge over other sales professionals for sure.

Work life balance is almost impossible. Lack of routine. Company’s policy to clawback earned incentives. Highly disorganised KRA. Too much travel fatal to physical and mental well being. Ethics is in papers only, compromised often to achieve sales. Un sustainable for extended period of time. Not recommend for a married person as leaving home for many days is frequent.

they do harassment till you are not going to give resign and apart from this their existing customers are not happy earlier sales team make fake promises to clients to achieve their targets and they also not give your full final settlement after resign upper level managers are fraud totally
