No planned work. Always fire fighting work senario. Always meeting on evening 5/6-8. Every Friday evening you will receive urgent work. Mahindra as an organization good & ethical company. M&M officers get respect in market place & industry. Job security is there at M&M.

Culture at Spares Business Unit - Bazaar Sales is pathetic. No work life balance. Superior is always showing lack of respect in daily communications. Superior behavior is very bad. Senior never shows empathy & employees' health & family is not important for them. Mahindra is a good organization but Spares Business Unit is having a different set of culture.
