Job security,career growth,salary/appraisal,travel,politics learning,work environment,work-life balance is depend upon individual's flexibility. because I have never seen these much of corruption in a Leading Private Company.Ex servicemen treated like labours .Finally I wondered How it performed in this corrupted condition.

I am an ex serviceman and working as team leader. initially joined with contract and then confirmed. Basically I am an electrician,but they allocated all jobs.especially they allocated like floor marking,painting,etc., in the name of 5s.
