Mahindra management is taking upmost care of all employees especially in pandemic scenario. Travel was nil for first 4 to 5 months since lock down in the view of safety of employees. after Sept-20 whenever there was need of urgency travel - company has provided excellent guest house / hotel facility where adequate majors of employee safety has been taken by means of maintaining hygienic conditions. Even for day to day activities there is no binding to attend office to employees especially for person like me who are from service departments. Employees are empowered and encouraged to opt for WFH so that people gathering at workplace can be avoided. In addition to same employees are supported with facilities like internet reimbursement so that there is no impact for employees in addition to employee care, Mahindra was first one to come forward to help society by means of manufacturing face shields, ventilators on top most priority in minimum possible time. I would say M&M is the best example and probably must be in top 2 organisation in employee care as well as social front....Read More
