Mahindra & Mahindra is taking enough precautions to prevent COVID with several measures like reduced seating capacity in company buses & canteens apart from regular employee personal vehicles sanitization during entry into the company, sanitization points at every accessible points, Thermal screening during both in-time & out-time of employees, etc. Attending office is not mandatory and left to individuals to decide based on their work deliverables. Best part is that no job losses & no salary cuts which gives financial strength and job security.
