In Mahindra i worked for holidays. It was MHW but there is no petrol allowance. There was week off also problem. No proper log out timings.

No planned work. Always fire fighting work senario. Always meeting on evening 5/6-8. Every Friday evening you will receive urgent work. Most of immediate reporting boss first organisation is Mahindra, so don't have knowledge of handover work to new joiners (backup files relevant to the task). For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

Client is more worst. Senior IT team is not supportive, they always creating pressure on employees. Very bad client. If you hired as a senior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same.
