Job security is the best thing. Company do give time to the employee for their learning and growth. HR also provides path to excel in career for bigger role.

Politics in sales which cannot be easily removed in any of the companies.

It is the best in working in this company. I feel proud to work in this company. A very strong brand.

I have fews unanswered questions Project manger 7yrs exp chennai 1) Can I apply for post with 8 yr exp which matches My skills 2) Does my application directly gets rejected if I quoted higher expected salary than their budgets 3) I'm in applying for jobs via companies careers page. Does that work or hiring are via referrals mostly
