All the above parameters are terribly rates because company has no focus on improving them. What ever they do, it is done for the eyewash not for the benefit of the employee. Employees are pressurised to give good rating in "BEST PLACE TO WORK" surveys.

All the above mentioned points plus, the appraisal cycle where annual appraisal is given to the employee in the month of August. That too with no arrears. Means employees get the same old salary for first 4 months of next financial year. Pathetic policy. S

There is no working culture, as per policy 5 working day, but actually in filed 6 working day also Sunday all time work discussion, any time can start the con call, 8pm , 9pm , 10pm Sunday mostly working day, totally personal life spoil here, im join here like as a service manager but im feeling here like a sales manager, every hrs torture torcher and miss behaviour by reporting manager, as per policy car allowed to the managers but here actually, there is no traning provide to new joining, here go to the directly filed and wants 100% output. No interaction to the team for new joining, Mahindra and Mahindra groups - Swaraj Division, Chhattisgarh, no job training here, only forestation here....Read More
