Mahindra Agri Solutions does not have any long term vision or plan. This company has struggled in making a space in agri sector however failing again and again. Top bosses are not from agricultural background. They fail to understand nuances of agri business. In long term there is no growth opportunity as company has stopped investing in this business. This group company gets step child tenement from the group company. Employee Stock Options are given to only top most management and that too not of M&M. They get ESOPs of Mahindra Agri which has got zero value. Even fuel reimbursement is lower in Mahindra Agri than M&M. I dont suggest this company for long term engagement....Read More
