The owners always interfere in the day to day operations of the organisation. You, as appointment in your capacity, will never be able to operate the department in your own way of functioning even if you sweat your blood out day in and day out

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
