Nothing. Only we have the feling of having job. No salary. Long delay in payment.

Dislikes

Horrible toilets. Very bad smell and no maitainance. Management is very careless about the hyginic conditions of the collge. Only they want money. Academic growth and improving standards of the college is zero. Working there is as no other option. No one likes to stay there. Especially they stop salaries for even 4-6 months sometimes. And they pay very low salaries.
